The Therm-O-Disc plant in Ohio at 1320 South Main Street is where the people in Mansfield went to work for nearly 75 years. In 2021 the last 249 workers drove home. The building sat, the neighborhood around it stayed, and the people who used to fill that parking lot mostly still live within a few miles of it.

Western Dominion is working to bring the building back into production, with a panel line that supplies its own developments and a workforce hired locally. Keystone Heights breaks ground directly across the street, which puts the factory floor and the finished homes on the same block.
