Job Description
We’re looking for a Site Superintendent to run day-to-day operations on active job sites, keeping our homes on schedule from foundation to final walkthrough.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily site activity and coordinate subcontractors.
Enforce safety and quality standards on every build.
Track progress against schedule and flag issues early.
Communicate directly with the project management team.
Qualifications
Experience supervising residential construction sites.
Strong understanding of framing, foundations, and finish work.
Comfortable managing multiple trades and timelines at once.
