Job Description
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician to help build the wall and roof panels that go into every home we deliver, working out of our facility in Mansfield.
Responsibilities
Assemble panels according to spec on the production line.
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely.
Inspect finished panels for quality before they ship to a job site.
Work as part of a small, hands-on production team.
Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or a related trade.
Comfortable with hand and power tools.
Attention to detail and consistency on repetitive tasks.
