Job Description
We’re looking for a Land Development Coordinator to support our team in evaluating, permitting, and preparing land for new communities across Ohio.
Responsibilities
Coordinate permitting and approvals with local municipalities.
Track site due diligence and entitlement timelines.
Support communication between our team and county partners.
Maintain organized records across active and prospective sites.
Qualifications
Experience in land development, civil engineering, or municipal planning.
Familiarity with permitting and zoning processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
