Job Description
We’re looking for a Community Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for one of our communities after families move in.
Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations, maintenance requests, and unit turnover.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
Keep the community well-maintained and responsive to residents.
Report on occupancy and community upkeep.
Qualifications
Experience in residential property management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable being the primary point of contact for residents.
