Western Dominion Land Co. was founded on a simple belief, that hardworking American families deserve a quality home at a price that actually works. We are a vertically integrated housing platform: we develop the land, we build the homes, and we control our own construction systems from the ground up. That means fewer middlemen, lower costs, and more homes delivered to the communities that need them most.

We develop, manufacture, and build residential housing at scale across the American heartland, from single-family homes and duplexes to large multifamily communities. We work in markets that have been overlooked, underserved, and undersupplied, bringing volume, consistency, and quality to places where it’s needed most.

Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience across development, construction, manufacturing, and finance. We’ve built hundreds of homes across Ohio and are actively expanding into new markets, with the systems, partnerships, and capital relationships to grow at national scale.

Daniel Asbury
Co-Founder & CEO
Daniel leads Western Dominion as Chief Executive Officer, serving as the company’s primary relationship builder and public face. He cultivates the strategic alliances, investor relationships, and government partnerships that drive the company’s growth, and brings the long-term vision that keeps everything pointed in the right direction.
Benjamin Goehner
Co-Founder & COO
Benjamin serves as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for building the operational infrastructure that allows Western Dominion to grow at national scale. He designs the systems, processes, and organizational frameworks that turn ambitious development goals into executed projects, and keeps the machine running as the company expands.
William Barber
Partner & Dev Lead
William is the original developer behind Western Dominion’s founding team and continues to lead project execution through his firm, Blue Door Development. He brings deep on-the-ground construction and development expertise to every project, translating strategy into finished homes and delivered communities.
Max Rams
Co-Founder & CIO
Max serves as Chief Investment Officer, leading capital strategy and investor relationships for the company. He identifies and structures the financial partnerships that fuel Western Dominion’s growth, and brings the institutional relationships and strategic insight needed to scale a national housing platform.
